If you are wanting to become a fitter and stronger version of yourself then personal training will not only hold you accountable but show you the action you need to take to achieve your goal. From learning and mastering exercise form to nutrition and diet advice we will cover every aspect of your health and fitness.

One to One

£45 per session (£40 if block booked)

The ultimate in climbing improvement, spend one hour thirty minutes per week, addressing every aspect of your climbing performance. No if’s no but’s, improvement will be made.

The one to one coaching sessions are about assessing where you are at the moment. What you would like to achieve? Then implementing a path to achieve it. Each session will be tailored to help you get the most out of your climbing. Any and all issues will be addressed.

Combined

£45 per session

These 90min session are split between time on the wall looking at improving your techniques and improving your climbing and time in the gym becoming a stronger and fitter.

We will come up with a comprehensive training plan that best suits your goals
